I visited Addis Ababa last week in January 2026, and my guide was Mr. Anteneh Sileshi. He organized an excellent tour that will remain in my memory forever. Trip through North and South Ethiopia. We did a 3 week tour through Bahir Dar, Gonder, Lalibela and Axum and through the South visiting the Paradise of Wondo Genet with Anteneh. It was one of the best tours ever. Ethiopia is so unique, rich in culture and nature and Anteneh is the perfect organizer and companion for such a tour. We loved everything about the tour and Anteneh is wonderful. We had a long layover in Addis Ababa and decided to do a short nature tour around the city. Anteneh enlisted the services of Abel, a fantastic nature interpreter as well, and between the two of them they gave us an unforgettable experience. We were able to see 33 bird species, along with a number of mammals as well, and had a great visit to Suba Mwnagasha National Park, the oldest national park in East Africa. Highly recommended!
