I did a slightly modified version of the Three Passes Trek including EBC. "Visit Heaven Treks", represented by Badri Aryal, were very helpful in accommodating all the needs prior to the trek.

I stayed in Kathmandu for one week and have considered/interviewed three different agencies/guides and was most comfortable with "Visit Heaven Treks". I interviewed my guide, Bhusan Rai, prior to deciding and was afterwards very happy with my decision.

Badri was very professional in explaining all the details of the trek, including the packing list. He also assisted me with everything I needed in connection to the trek. Badri can speak perfect English (much better than mine :)) which makes the whole communication with "Visit Heaven Treks" very smooth.

During the trek I felt in good hands with my guide Bhusan Rai. As soon as we arrived in Lukla, I had the feeling that he knew everyone we passed on our way - he is truly at home in the mountains :) He made me feel safe at all times and knew all the mountain names around us at any time.

The sole reason why I booked a guide was that someone is with me in case of an emergency or sickness. Unfortunately, I got sick just after we came back from EBC (minor lung inflammation, not related to altitude). Bhusan helped me with:

- my heavy bag

- brought hot tee to my room

- even slept in my room in case I will need something during the night

- went with me to the hospital in Periche and Lukla

We did the EBC trek end of May 2018, all arranged and managed by Visit Heaven. The operator , Mr. Saran, acting personally as chief guide for 14 of us. Most of us are senior citizens, a few had gone down with AMS. But with good care , help and motivation from the guide all of us reached Gorak Shed. Our SSO2 level and heart beats were checked and monitored at regular basis. Emergency evacuation was well arranged and managed. Airport pickup, transfer, meals ,lodgings and permit documentation etc. were all satisfactory arranged. Deserve a 5 star service quality rating !

With so many Trek company's in Kathmandu and so much choice it helps when you can read a positive recommendation for a Trek company from others . 

Visit Heaven Treks would be that recommendation . 

The service is superb and Badri and his team organised my Hotels , flights , guide and trek to Everest Base Camp via Gokyo with friendly professionalism .

Everything was arranged via email before I left and any questions answered quickly .
