In February 2018 we went mountain skiing in Bakuriani and one day in Borjomi quite by chance we met a fantastic guide and a wonderful person Artur! We decided to take a break from sports and "developed" a one-day tour according to our desires and professional recommendations of Artur. It included: visits of Green Monastery, Rabat in Akhalsikhe, Vardzia and sulfur baths. All historical information shared by Artur was diversified with breath-taking legends, stories and nice jokes). He offered to take best photo-stops with no rush, treated us to delicious Georgian cuisine and clearest spring water. We talked, laughed and enjoyed the day. I'd like to mention that during this long journey we had a comfortable mini-van where we could even take a nap). If you are looking for the best time in Georgia, don't waste your time - contact Artur and plan the trip of your dream. On our side, we are looking forward to meet Artur and take a new trip with him.
Arthur is a wonderful guide! I am very grateful to Arthur for the such a wonderful and informative tour of Borjomi. I think there is no question that he could not answer. Arthur is a true patriot of his city, sincerely loves it and strives for its all-round development. I learned a lot of new and interesting things, because Borjomi got a great history. Here the Russian tsars spent their time, there used to live one of my favorite composers - Pyotr Tchaikovsky - and he was fascinated by Borjomi. During the excursion, we walked with Arthur along the main streets and embankments of this small but very picturesque city, went to the central park of Borjomi, treated ourselves to mineral water from cold and warm springs, and then climbed the cable car to the observation deck, which offers a wonderful view on the Borzhomi gorge. It felt really breathtaking on observation deck. Snow-covered mountains, forests, colorful roofs of houses. And what a magnificent clean air! Can't stop breathing! The excursion left an unforgettable impression. Thanks to such guides as Arthur, I want to return to Georgia (and in Borjomi in particular) again and again. I recommend contacting him, you will not regret. Thank you very much, Arthur!
