My mother and I visited Ethiopia for the first time in August 2018. While Addis was our main destination we still wanted to see a little bit more and contacted Aman to help us organise a short trip to Northern Ethiopia where we wished to see Lake Tana, Blue Nile Falls, and Lalibela. Not only did we get to experience our top three wishes, but also the fascinating castles of Gonder, not to mention the breathtakingly beautiful scenery on the drive from Bahir Dar to Gonder, which was all Aman's own initiative. The communication with Aman was quick and professional and he was always very helpful and open to answer any questions or concerns my mother and I may have had concerning our trip.

Great trip with Aman Tour in the Lower Omo Valley. The team is very pro, everything went smoothly, great locations visited.

1) If you decide to travel in Ethiopia you must have a local guide. Amanuel (from Aman Ethiopia Tour ) is a young, friendly, knowledgeable and very customer-focused guide. Just tell him what are your expectations and he will make all arrangements! 2) If you decide to go to Ethiopia you should be ready for adventures, for challenges and for some extreme :) Etiophian calendar is 7 years behind the world, but actually you will feel that in some places of Ethiopia you are 100+ years behind the time, particularly if you go to the north.3) You have to decide what you would like to explore. I liked my trip to Ethiopia because of untouched nature - e.g., Danakil depression with the lowest point on Earth, Dallol, lava lake - the hottest place on the planet! And coffee. Coffee in Ethiopia is the best in the world. Definitely!Some people are fans of animals - here you can see mini alligators and mega crocodiles :) Some people like to visit tribes - many of them are waiting for tourists :) Some people like visiting churches - in Lalibela only, you can found 11 monolithic churches carved out of mountains :) So do not hesitate, contact Aman, and plan your trip to Ethiopia :)
