Michaela is amazing. So knowledgeable and personable. We were very lucky to have selected her. She has a great passion for what she does and has great energy giving us, giving us a 9 hour day in Venice. We highly recommend her!

Michela gave a wonderful tour to our large group of students from Germany and the US. She was able to take us to all of the best sites in the upper city, give incredible background and insights into the city's history and development, and tell a lot of funny and interesting stories that kept our students engaged the whole time - not an easy task, but she made it look easy! She also took us to many lesser known places where you could have great views of both the upper and lower town, and she even stuck around afterwards to chat with our students and give tips and recommendations. I couldn't recommend her more highly!

Michela is a fantastic tour guide.  She is extremely knowledgeable about the history and architecture of Bergamo.  She  met us at the train station and rode the funicular up to the "old city" with us. During the entire time together, Michela shared interesting information about the city and the region.  Her communication before our visit was outstanding as well. She wrote to us via email to inquire about any interests and requests. She suggested lunch options and made a reservation for us. By the end of our tour she was was like a close friend. I highly recommend her.
