Wonderful Tour with Grate Guide C2

Reviewed February 5, 2019

My guide Mr. Si Thu Aung goes by C2 was the best guide ever. All guides will show you the great sites, and yes Yangon has so many, and I saw so much. Here's what else he did: the country I visit before Myanmar was Malaysia, I was hiking in rain forest and despite triple bagging my camera for protection it still got wet and by time i took the 3rd or 4th photo in Yangon it went bad. C2 told me of a camera shop not far away, we went and I purchase an excellent Canon camera, an extra battery all at great cost well less than in US. The subsequent photos I took remainder trip in Myanmar were so much better than those I would have taken with iphone, I will always to thankful to him to suggest we visit camera shop, an excellent store with great prices too. C2 suggest a day trip to Dala, is a ferry boat ride across river from Yangon, he had excellent sites and culture to see include rickshaw ride, visit to fishing village, to see the rice fields with active harvesting of the rice plants amazing, hand made spring roll business. In addition to excellent guide he is also photographer had many helpful photo tips.

Best Tour Guide in Myanmar

Reviewed March 22, 2018

C2 - he is a very very kind, detailed tour guide that you do not need to worry about anything around you. Me and my friend decided to travel to Myanmar a week before contacting him but he managed to save a day for us and kindly picked us up from the airport to lead to a one day golden rock trip. He knows local good restaurants that cost less but same tast as it is in luxuary restaurant. He is very fluent in English so non native speakers never have to worry about language. Water, WiFi, wet tissue, comfortable car are ready for you to spend a great time with him in Myanmar Thank you so much C2! From your favorite Vietnamese and Japanese.

Exceptional tour in Yangon and Golden Rock Pagoda with Si Thu Aung

Reviewed January 20, 2018

I was fortunate to meet Si Thu Aung on the frist day when I landed in Yangon. He is very knowledgeable and told me about the culture in Myanmar throughout the tour. He is a techie and knows how to use the smart phone or camera to catch the special momonet or special effect. He took me to places frequent by locals not just by foreign tourists. We had food enjoyed by locals. I was very interested in learning the unique plants growing in Myanmar. He would find out the information if he couldn't answer all the questions. I wanted to try "Drumstick Soup" in the restaurant but it was not available. Si Thu Aung called his mother and invited me to his parents' house. I had delicious "Drumstick Soup" and several fish dishes prepared by his mother and his aunt. He took me to the best places to see sun set and sun rise. We took many photos together. If you would like to immerse yourself in Myanmar culture and have an authentic Myanmar trip, Si Thu Aung is the best guide to contact.

Best tour guide and best street navigator in Yangon

Reviewed December 12, 2017

Si Thu Aung (C2) is really an exceptional guide,

He was highly recommended by a co member in my travel facebook group. She has nothing but good words for C2 and after meeting him, I couldn't agree more! He is very professional from the time I booked the tour with him, from payment, up to the time we ended the tour.  He is very polite, funny and very knowledgable about Yangon and Myanmar culture. I learned a lot from him. You can feel how much he love his job in the way he treated me as a guest. I also have to say, he is one heck of a street navigator in Yangon! he knows the place well. As you know, heavy traffic flow is expected at certain times in Yangon but this was not the issue with him, he knows where to go, the alleys, everything. Much smarter than Google maps!

P.S: He also takes good photo. Some of the best travel pics I have in my camera were taken by him.

Yangon and Dalah experience

Reviewed December 3, 2017

Si Thu Aung (C2) is an exceptional guide, his English is brilliant and he has such passion for what he does that whatever you request to do, see, eat it will be an amazing experience.

Yangon was the final stop of my trip and I had a simple request of see the highlights of Yangon, Dalah, see something of everyday life and of course to checkout Yangon’s teahouses. Si Thu put together a fantastic tour which took in all the above and a little more; he picks up on what you like when going around and switches in new places to give you what you want .

He has an exceptional knowledge of the city in which he lives, its history and where to be at what time to get that picture which brings everything back.

My tour was a true "time flies when you're having fun experience"  - Thank you S2!
