Thank you for your guide, Cynthia, to conduct the captioned tour.  She is a pleasant, friendly, communicative and knowledgeable person.  It is wonderful that she can talk with me in Cantonese.  She is so helpful that I request to end the tour not earlier than 17:00 as my plane will depart at 21:00.  She agrees and drives me to the airport after the tour.   With Cynthia, I have a memorable tour in Sandakan.

We met the guide and driver and proceded to the agreed route.  We were a medium-sized group and were handled appropriately, and coming from a cruise ship, with a very strict time schedule, we did well.  We enjoyed the Mari Mari cultural center but it was over-booked that day so it took a little longer to see everything. Somehow it all worked but I only had wished that they wouldhave asked for a bit more priority to by pass some of the bottle-necks at Mari Mari.  The guide inside Mari Mari said his group was larger than usual, which should not have happened.  This guide may have trusted in the site too much and as a group leader, the best we can do is to insist on what we expect, so take this advice and don't be afraid to use this company.  They were wonderful.
