We are a group of four members, from Germany. Luckily we met Jahangir Kudagi as our tour guide at Gol Gumbaz. He showed us the mausoleum for about an hour, with detailed knowledge about the history and architecture. We enjoyed it very much and learned a lot.

We were lucky to dash into Jahangir at Golden Gumbaj in Bijapur. We  booked him for the entire day tour and we enjoyed every minute of it. His in-depth knowledge on the history as well as facts about Bijapur and the monuments, kept us glued on for the 5 hours he was with us. We wanted to try some local veg cusine and he took us to an amazing restaurant.
