The company and the guide Dam was very well recommended to us by a group of friends who had already taken the tour with the same agency and guide. The tour was organized in conjunction with the guide's suggestions and our own research. The climatic conditions were considered when selecting the area of the country to visit, in this case we were in the southwest. We made a mix between city, nature, beach, animals, landscapes, temples. The tour was being built over time between the exchange of e-mail and messages and the final result was perfect! The constant attention and feddback of our suggestions by the guide Dam was of great professionalism and consideration.When we arrived, Dam offered us a small welcome basket with water and Sri Lankan biscuits/ cookies (delicious) and we also had a scarf with the Portuguese flag on our vehicle, these are small details that immediately demonstrated the commitment, dedication and the guide's affection for our well-being.Throughout the travel days, the guide Dam always asked us how we were doing and if we wanted to adjust anything. He was always concerned with getting feedback from the moment in order to be able to improve and/or adjust to serve us better.Throughout the tour the guide Dam showed great cultural knowledge and always knew how to explain everything we were seeing and experiencing, in fact it was not necessary any paper guide, Dam knew everything, explained everything. He revealed lots of skills.

In a word ... it was perfect! We will return for sure!!!

Dam is a great guide, we are very lucky that have made an acquaintance with him, we are very thankful for his service! Dam knows a lot, he provided us with all the necessary information, helped to organize the route, book the hotel and so on. Even after the ending of the tour we keep in touch, Dam always answers our questions and provides us with the news. He is an amazing person!

Dam was always attentive to the group and had us laughing always. As for Sam, his driving is cautious and most considerate. These two are a brilliant team.

We were fortunate to have a recommendation for Dam our guide and Sam our driver. His enthusiam and professionalism shone through from start to finish. Whether we were at a histoical sight, game park, a temple or walking his knowledge was totally comprehensive. We had a fantiastic three weeks and this was down to the quality of the service delivered. I have no hesitation in recommending Dam.
