Best guide ever!

Reviewed May 30, 2016

Purna was our guide for our trek in the Annapurna Circuit and it's obvious he's familiar with the region and loves his job. Most of the time I felt that I was traveling with a friend. Purna is also a good motivator, so important when you have to scale altitude!

We around 6 person went to kathmandu on 2014. Even though after 2 years, i still remember Purna guide us tracking about 14km to the small town from the hotel at the top of hill. I dont remember the hotel, but the tracking were very fun for us as a beginners.

Excellent guide

I did my trek a few years ago now, but have been in touch with Purna ever since.  That is the kind of person he is, caring and a great communicator.  I spent a week trekking the Himalays with him, and we have become great friends through this shared experience.  He was adaptable as to the pace that we went at, and also where we would stop.  As this was a trip I did on my own it was great to have Purna with me to guide me and share his expertise.  I can't recommend him highly enough!

Manaslu circuit in May

Reviewed May 25, 2016

Purna was the guide for me and my husband during a 14 day last minute booking for the Manaslu circuit. He kindly carried my sleeping my sleeping bag the entire way as we hadn't booked any porters for the journey - I would have been happy to take it myself but Purna wouldn't take no for an answer! We walked at a very smooth pace and Purna proved to be very knowledgeable about the area - certainly head and shoulders apart from other guides we met en route. Thank you Purna for a very memorable trip

The guide to happiness

I would highly recomend purna to be your guide wherever your planning a trek in nepal. From the moment he met us at katmandu airport with a huge smile,to leading us up to lukla and towards lebouche east we were bowled over by his knowledge of teekking and his culture, trek experience, humour, great stories, attention to safety, generosity, and lovela guy to chat to on our trek. He spoke and understood english very well. A very funny and memorable experience in the three weeks we were in nepal. Namaste.
