Moti, is a knowledgable tour guide. However, he needs to improve his customer orientation. My wife and I decided to celebrate our 28th anninversary in the Holy Land and we decided to organize a private tour in order to have the flexibility to adapt our schedule if we wanted to spend more quality time at some of the holly places or if we wanted to alter our schedule based on our needs. Every single time that we asked Moti to make a change, he became incredibly angry and he was quite rude about it. At the end he did accomodate for our changes and everything worked well, but our trip would have been much nicer if he had the right attitude and disposition from the beginning instead of making a big dilema out everything. I strongly suggest that Moti analyzes the way he treats its customers, so he can have a repeat business and good reviews from its clients. My sense is that he is used to work with large groups that have to follow a very rigid schedule and where there are no changes to the prestablished agenda, this doesn´t work for private tours.
