I visited Sri Lanka in October 2017. It was a special request for a specified tour with limited time. The best thing the Ground Operator did was recommend driver Chinthaka S Hatarasinghe as our Tour Guide and driver. His knowledge on the history of Sri Lanka is remarkable. I felt very safe in his capable hands as a driver particularly when we cut through the woods on our way south from Nuwaraeliya to Galle using single narrow winding roads. He has pleasant personality. He has a good sense of humour but also laughed at our jokes about a crazy leader. I did a few presentations upon my return to Canada. There is a lot of interest in Sri Lanka wit my office colleagues. I will recommed a similar itinerary with

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of spending two weeks in Sri Lanka with Chinthaka as our chauffeur/guide.   Whenever you do a private journey, there is always some concern about the guide you will use because you spend a lot of time with them.   We were very lucky to be partnered with Chinthaka.   He was relaxed, but professional.   He is knowledgeable about history, culture, customs, nature, birds & animals.   And, he is interested in having conversations so he can share information about Sri Lanka but also to learn more about the world.   We had some fun (and funny) conversations.    He is well educated, interested in business, food, travel, etc.  We would highly recommend that anyone considering a private journey to Sri Lanka engage the services of Chinthaka!    Even his driving is great in a country where that is challenging.   Highly recommend!

We visited Colombo, Kandy and other places. I would like to add your Guide was helpful, polite and at times very funny.

We went to SRI Lanka as a family in the first week Sept  without an idea what to expect and were rest assured the minute we met our guide Mike/ Chinthaka . The 5 days that we were touring, gave us an insight of the people, culture and cuisine; all thanks to our guide. My 2.5 year old also loved his company and still talks about him. Mike helped us getting hotels booked at discounted rates as well. He is a complete package and the right one for your holiday in SRI Lanka. 

We came from Hong Kong and celebrated our first anniversary of marriage in Sri Lanka for 8 days. 

Since we did not have much ideas about the place we went, luckily we found Chinthaka as our guide.

He is punctual, nice and willing to offer help and give useful information all the time. We felt     safe and supported, like friends. We really enjoyed a lot and had a fantastic time in Sri Lanka!
