Chinthaka understood immediately how we as a family worked - one 21 year old needed sunbathing, action and wildlife - one 24 year old needed culture, information and wildlife and my husband and I were happy to embrace all that Sri Lanka has to offer - what a country. Our trip was led brilliantly by Chinthaka - always on hand with a lovely cooling towel after a hard trek or drive; had an answer to all my annoying random questions and also had a great gentle sense of humour and, most importantly, was at all times professional.  

Just back from a twelve day trip around Sri Lanka.  This was our 12 year old twins first experience of Asia and it was a huge success.  Chinthaka was excellent in every respect.  We felt safe and well looked after throughout.  He was brillant at giving plenty of information but equally not overloading.  He always knew when to recommend an early start for the day, which payed off massively in avoiding both crowds and heat at the most busy tourist sites.  

Chinthaka is the perfect guide for a family, our kids immedaitely struck up a rapport with him and enjoyed his company.  He quickly recognised our interest in wildlife and was always quick to spot and point out anything of interest during our journeys.  A great guide, well deserving of top marks in all categories!

Chinthaka looked after us brilliantly from the start to the finish of our tour of Sri Lanka . I cannot think of anything to fault ! His driving is excellent , his knowledge unbelievable ... from historical facts to wildlife and general information about everything you could want to know about Sri Lanka and the sehlanese people . We learnt so much during our travels with him and felt absolutely safe in his hands . He is extremely polite , humorous and helped make our trip truly memorable .
