We took a short day tour to Eger from Budapest and we were very pleased to have Istavan as our guide.  He gave us a leasurely walking tour around the sites in Egar,  just as we has requested. Besides showing us the sites of Egar, he was very knowlegable about Hungarian history and current events. He indulged our interest in local wines, bringing us to mutiple wine shops and assisting us with our purchases.  His english is excellent and sense of humor entertaining. He was an excellent guide and a pleasure to spend the day with.

Istvan is a great tour guide. Very informative and very good in history . The way he speak making history of Hungary so interesting and i get lot of information about Hungary and Budapest. He is very punctual. Nice tour guide

Many thanks to István for taking us to our ancestral family homes of Rudabánya and Felsokelecseny.  He also guided to a wonderful restaurant in Miskolc  on the way back and gave us a quick tour around the old city center.
