Elitsa was a great guide. She is willing to walk extra mile for the client. On our one-day trips from Sofia, she advised me on itinerary and she offered extra sites to visit. She had a grea choice of the restaurants for meals. Elitsa speaks perfect English. She knows a lot and she can answer any questions about Bulgaria. Overall, I was very pleased and I recommend her as a giude.

Elitsa arrived on time in her clean and comfortable car and drove us expertly to the Rila Monastery. She took a lovely route across the mountains to avoid a miners strike on the main road, she really knows Bulgaria like the back of her hand.  She was happy to discuss any topic we raised in her excellent English; when we got to Rila she gave us just the right amount of historical and cultural information, guided us through the iconography in the church and then left us to wander and wonder at our own speed.  On the way back she listened carefully to what we wanted to eat and we enjoyed a very pleasant lunch together at a roadside cafe.  We had a great day out which was entirely down to Elitsa’s efforts.  Bravo!!
