We did private Cappadocia tour today with Aykut as our guide. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Spoke fluent English. Would definitely recommend.

Some months before our arrival to Turkey we agreed with Aykut all details of our trip. We have send e-mail to a number of potential guides but decided to travel with him as his offer was not just a typical offer but really adjusted to my family specific needs and circumstances – he read the request and tried to fit the concept of the trip to us. He answered very quickly, also replied to the following e-mails with our additional questions. Finally – his price offer was reasonable.

And of course – what we agreed was provided by Aykut. His organisation skills are very high. We felt that all the time he was thinking about our comfort – for example the time of the visit in the underground city was in early morning to avoid the crowded narrow corridors – in the whole city we have seen just a few other visitors. Within one day he showed us many interesting places in Cappadocia – without any time pressure. He is very knowledgeable, open minded and just a very nice man. This was a fantastic day for my family to travel with Aykut. If any time in future we decide to seek for a guide in another part of Turkey – we will ask Aykut to organise sightseeing for us.

Aykut was very professional, exceedingly resourceful and very knowledgeable. He was unfailingly cheerful and had a brilliant sense of humour. He went the extra mile; for example he managed to locate my mobile phone that I had left behind at an hotel and it miraculously turned up 4 days later at the airport.

I have been travelling on tours such as this now for 16 years and have in this time encountered many guides. Aycut was one of the best I have ever had, knowledgeable of the places we visited and unfailingly charming. His organisational skills could not be faulted. It was a pleasure to have him as our leader.
