Wow where do we start! First of all Sri Lanka is an AMAZING country! We were so lucky to have booked with Charles. He actually ended up not being available and connected us with his Brother In Law who's also named Charles! Our new Charles became completely indesposable to us. Not only was he the safest and most careful driver I've ever experienced, he walked every temple, climbed every rock, and navigaed this wonderful country all without a GPS. He was always on time and was very easy to communicate and adjust our tour whenever we wanted. We felt so comfortable and safe in his hands and would not have had the same experience without him. Thank you Charles and Charles for everything you did for us. I can't wait to send some more Americans your way! 

We had a wonderful trip to Sri Lanka and that was largely down to Charles. He always stayed in touch, offering his advice and support prior to the trip and was very accommodating to our requests during the trip. Cannot recommend him enough! 

We took two weeks trip all around SL. Andrew was always on time and he was telling so many things about SL and Sri Lankan people. We learned a lot. He is a good driver and know places all over SL. I'm sure we experienced lot more with him than just by our own. He reserved train tickets to us. And said best times to go different places. Even when he left us to our next location, he said that just call me if You need anything during rest of Your trip. Simply the best.

Absolutely satisfied.Charles is extremely kind and had ensured comfort through out the trip.I found him passionate and punctual. He is indeed friendly and trustworthy.His Honda Fit shuttle is greatly comfortable and spacious too.Great person to be with and his dedication will be experienced once you choose him.This trip was far more amazing than we expected and thanks to Mr Charles.
