We did 2 weeks in Colombia. Thank you Juan not only for the information and suggestions, but for showing us how colombians live in daily life, when we shared time with your friends and family, that was unique! we were surprised that many people know you in every city and village that we visited, We will tell our friends to come to Colombia.

We visited Colombia for 3 weeks with Juan Carlos, and I enjoyed so much because we could have a real feeling of everyday life in Colombia, Juan knows his country very well and makes you feel a real colombian!, I will come back as soon as possible.

I did the Bogota Food and Drinks Tour led by Juan Carlos and it was incredible! If you enjoy learning more about a country's history and culture through the lens of food, then this tour is definitely for you. The food and drink were delicious - I tried ajiaco, empanadas, and traditional foods from various geographic areas of Colombia that everyday Colombians enjoy in the city. We stopped at several locations in different neighborhoods in Bogota and tried so many different types of food, snacks, fruit, and drinks imaginable. You can tell how thoughtful Juan Carlos was about showcasing the diversity and complexity of Bogota's food scene. I was so stuffed and happy at the end of the tour. Juan Carlos is very knowledgeable about the different foods that we tried and I learned so much about Bogota and Colombia from him. He also offered me tips of other things to see and check out while I was in Bogota. Really kind individual! The tour was conducted in English and lasted a little over 4 hours.
