Jacqueline is personable and informative as a guide. She has a deep knowledge of Spainish history that brought Madrid and Toledo to life for us. Jacqueline was attentive to our interests, welcomed questions and the pace of the tour was just right for us. Logistics of meeting and transportation were clear and accurate.
