We had the pleasure of having Abdel Chahine as our driver and guide while we visited Morocco.  Abdel was the most incredible and supportive guide.  He was so kind as to pick us up very late in Casablanca and transport us to our Airbnb in Rabat.  His thoughtfulness cannot even begin to be adequately measured.  His knowledge and love for his country was expressed daily and he shared his wisdom with all of us.  He drove us to Fes where he introduced us to Mohammed Hakim who walked us through the narrow passage ways of the 9,000 streets of Fes.  Meeting Hakim was the best gift ever!  Abdel always listened to us thoughtfully, provided for our requests, allowed us to stop and by souvenirs, he introduced us to a local place to eat and he walked with us through cities at a leisure pace, explaining the culture and surroundings.  Abdel became our friend and someone that we grew to love in a very short time.  He became a family member.  None of us knew what to expect when we landed in Morocco.  Abdel guided us with a perfection, teaching us the language and describing its use.  He shared with us the importance of the prayer calls and what it meant.  Abdel is a perfect example of excellence and a trustworthy guide.  Abdel pointed out to us the most important aspects of every city we visited beginning with Fes, Casablanca and ending in Rabat.  He knew the history, the varying details and was like an encyclopedia of information.    I  have recommended Abdel to many of my work colleagues and friends who want to visit Morocco.  If it were up to me, Abdel would be my "go to" person for anyone wanting to make a visit to Morocco.  He is now my dear friend, and we already miss him.  Thank you Abdel for all you did while we visited.  If all of the people of Morocco are as loving and kind as you, then God Bless!  Until we meet again.  Donna, Lonny and Alex Nathanson; Tammy and Brennan Gipston and Lauren Mcclenton
