Joaquin was a last-minute choice to give me a tour of Bogotá, but he proved to be an excellent one. With good English and a thorough knowledge of the city and Colombia, I could not have asked for a better guide on my first day in the country. We discussed everything from history to contemporary politics, and his opinions were lively and well-informed. I would recommend him to people seeking a good overview of the city and an engaging and friendly guide.

We had 18 hours transit in Bogota, on the way from La Paz to London. To maximize our experience in this limited time, we wanted a full day Tour with some rest.  Joaquin followed up our request, was very helpful and gave us different options. It was very nice to meet him and he gave us a perfect first touch of Bogota and Colombia. Starting at Montserrat early in the morning, then walking across Centro to Plaza Bolivar.  And visiting a nice Colombian restaurant, perfect for our purpose. He also took us to the airport, in the late evening. He is very friendly and helpful. If we go back to Colombia, we will contact Joaquin.
