We had a fantastic day with Anna, she was so knowledgeable, a real expert. We could not have asked for more, she is such a lovely lady with a great sense of humour

We travelled to Cassino from Rome and were guided around the battlefield by Anna. We could not have wished for a better guide. Anna is a local with profound local knowledge of the area coupled with an extraordinary knowledge of the battles of Monte Cassino. If you are an expert, Anna will enrich your understanding, if you have only a passing interest, Anna's enthusiasm and lightly worn knowledge will make you want to know more. Do not miss this!

Anna was so informative and passionate about Monte Cassino giving us much more insight to the battles our fathers fought.  We were able to visualise the struggles, fear and courage of our fathers and have a much better comprehension of the devastation of wars thanks to her knowledge, compassion and skills of a gifted story teller.

Anna Maria provided an excellent tour for me of the Cassino area. She is very passionate and knowledgeable about the subject of the WW2 Battle of Monte Cassino. Anna Maria arranges the tour to set the stage of the battles starting outside of the town and then focusing in on the town of Cassino itself - skirmishes, river crossings. The tour culminates with a trip to the Abbey.

Anna Maria was an amazing tour guide. Her passion for learning everything she can about WWII is fabulous, she is so knowledgeable, shared about her family's personal experiences and her English was excellent.  It was fascinating to hear a local version if the war versus the broadest version I've learned through history, a primarily American version. Anna Maria knows so much... from the exact right spots to stop and take pictures to interesting tidbits about the Monte Cassino monastery. She has strong relationships with staff there and has had behind-scenes experiences there I doubt many others have had that make her a great tour guide. I'd highly recommend her.
