We had a one day tour of Abu Simbel with Ahmed, leaving  from Aswan and returning the same day. A good guide loves what he does and you could clearly see that with Ahmed, it was a wonderful experience for my family. He even bought us ice cream! 

Ahmed was our guide for 2 days on the West Bank of Luxor. He suggested a tour that was paced enough for our 4 year old. He was quite friendly and knowledgeable.  He also took us to a local friend's shop where we were shown how alabaster is worked as a craft.

We had a great time overall.

Ahmed is a wonderful human being, highly educated and knowledgeable BUT HUMBLE man.We were particularly interested in the spiritual elements of the Old Kingdome and he personalise our tour and more than satiated our need for knowledge.God and the Gods bless you sir.

Mr Ahmed Hassaan is an excellent guide, extremely knowledgeable, very kind and easy to work with as a tour leader, aimable, dedicated to his work, with enthusiasm to show the tourists many aspects of his wonderful country. I strongly recommend him for all kind of groups, because he is not that kind of guide only money oriented but he is genuinly interested in the welfare of his clients. 

Ahmed was incredible. From the very first airport pickup, he focused on building a relationship with us and took us for coffee to wake us up from our early flight. Ahmed then took us to Karnak temple where he spent an extra hour taking us to empty parts of the temple where there were no other tour groups. This was a testament to his dedication to making sure we had a great time. Ahmed's passion is immediately apparent due to his knowledge and ability to read any hieroglyphs. Beyond the tour, the best part about Ahmed is his friendly nature and dedication to keep us happy. He would switch the schedule based on our needs, giving us free time for pictures, taking us for lunch before the next stop, and even bringing medicine for my wife when she was sick. If you pick any tour guide besides Ahmed, then I can safely assume you were ripped off as I doubt the quality compares to him.
