Me and my boyfriend traveled to Jordan and we wanted a person who could be our private guide and driver, so we found Ismail! He was absolutely perfect. He accompanied us at all times, from the arrival at the airport until the time to leave. We only had 3 full days, but we managed to think of a great itinerary that included Petra, Wadi Rum, the Dead Sea and Amman. Ismail drove to all the locations and gave us a history lesson on each one. He was very patient and didactic, you can see that his knowledge about the places is enormous! Consequently, we had unforgettable moments. Ismail is friendly, kind and caring. This makes all the difference for a guide (and we've been through several private guides) and makes it the best of all. I highly recommend this choice! I hope everyone has the same wonderful experience I had. It's not easy to find just one person who is a licensed guide and driver at the same time, so we were lucky to find him.

My friends and I had a brilliant 2 day tour of Petra with Ismail. We wanted to break this into 2 half days due to our time of arrival on day 1 but also as one of my friends was pregnant and so to break up the tour. Ismail was fantastic at arranging a flexible itinerary for us to suit the weather and time of day. He was very knowledgeable and it was definitely worth having him as a guide and learning more about the area and what we were seeing. Would recommend! 

Had a last minute trip to Petra, contacted Ismail (PetraAndBeyond tours) the night before. He was able to accommodate and we worked out the details and voila we had a great experience! Excellent communication and English, a local's knowledge of Petra (he and his family live there). Good organization and pace of the tour. He ensured we were on time to end the tour as we had a commitment afterwards.
