I booked a very last minute tour in Kolkata and was assigned Hena. She met us the following morning at the JW Marriott where we were staying and I knew straight away that we were in good hands. I booked a solo day tour of Kolkota with Hena.  She promptly met me at my hotel the morning of.  Hena's English was very good and I had no problems understanding all of the history and information throughout the day.  She was able to tailor the tour to what I wanted to see /do prior to the tour.  At the end of the day Hena was able to arrange transportation to take me directly to the airport terminal.  Very Convenient.  I cant highly recommend enough if you are thinking of visiting Kolkota to arrange your trip with Hena... We had a group of 11 guests visiting Kolkata from Germany for a private event. Hena was extremely capable in managing this group and showing them the hidden gems of Kolkata with detailed explanations. She not only took them around to well known landmarks but she also showed them the true heart of Kolkata which many tourists tend to skip or not be aware of. Hena was also very open to suggestions and could customise the tour as per individual requirements. 

My son and I went on the Slum Tour with Hena in Kolkata.  Before arriving in India Hena kept in touch so that the day after our arrival she arrived promptly at our hotel for the tour.  She was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge both about Kolkata and also the slum area where we visited. She has a very good relationship with the people there and knows many of them personally which made it very easy for us to find out more about their way of life and how they make a living.  We were able to take photos and talk to everyone. I thank Hena for such an insightful and memorable experience and would recommend this tour for anyone wanting to find out more about Kolkata than just the famous tourist sights
