Emma is the reason we enjoyed Guangzhou  immensely. She is sincere, honest and very knowledgeable about the different aspects of Guangzhou. We needed someone who can help us source for fabrics for our business and also take our family of 5 around and she was able to help plan and juggle both needs very well. She arranged for transport, negotiated for us and we hope to remain in touch with her and come back to Guangzhou soon! 

Emma is a youthful energetic guide who helped my first visit to china be the most wonderful experience EVER.  I had emailed my desired itinerary to her and she made corrections explaining clearly what we would be able to do.  

She has a great knowledge of the culture of China  as well as a knowledge of food.  I ate Snake with her! 

We spent 2 hours in the market where I was able to eat live Scorpions, as well as choose foods to cook.  We then went

to her home and she showed me how to prepare and cook over 6 dishes.  I cook also and was able to prepare a western 

dish for her as well.  Her cooking class was an experience that I will surely cherish for life.

She assisted me in learning some cantonese which made each encounter with the locals an inviting exchange. 

with each word I spoke a wide smile was given to me.  I will have her for my guide when I return next year

with out a doubt.

My business partner and I were in Guangzhou for only a very short time, 

4 days approximately but meeting with Emma was defintely one of the hilights of our trip. We were in Guangzou primarily for sourcing fabrics and hardware for bags as well as other various types of apparel fabrics. 

Shortly after we arrived were met in our hotel by a lovely young lady who greeeted us with a warm and endearing smile and further went on to introduce herself as Emma. She helped us to get settled into our hotel and then helped us map out the whole day ahead. 

In retrospect when I look back I am in awe of just how many places she managed to take us to only on our very first day. She was kind and thoughtful, sincere, courteous, extremely well organised and knowledgable.  As well as helping us to navigate our way through the markets she also helped us with some negociating and purchasing of a vpn which allows you to use google and whattsapp as in China most people use wechat.

I really cannot begin to say enough great things about Emma both as a professional guide as well as a person. She was an absolute delight and made our first vsiit to China a wonderful experience.  We will defintely be booking her again and again when we travel to Guangzhou.
