• Take a short drive from Marrakech to the foothills of the Atlas Mountains.

• Go on the road along the valley of Ourika and pass through a succession of clinging mountain villages. 

• Stop to see wonderful landscapes, full of vibrant colours as you move through the hillsides.

• Make your first stop in a traditional house of the Berber family who lives in the valley. The family often opens their door to the kitchen, sharing their bread, honey, butter and olive oil. 

• Ride camels for half an hour deeper in the valley. 

• Visit Setti Fatma, which is a favourite weekend destination for many Moroccans. It is highly appreciated for its beautiful streams and seven waterfalls, beautiful cliffs, and green valleys. 

• Walk around the valley to take photos of the views of green terraces surrounding the Atlas Mountains.

• Go to the first waterfall and return for lunch.

• Have an authentic Moroccan lunch.

  Return to Marrakech.
