Description
See the culture and heritage of the local kasbahs of the Merzouga desert as you traverse the fertile Haouz planes, the high Atlas Mountains and oases. Explore valleys rocky plateaus to reach the vast Erg Chebbi dunes and visit the Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, renowned for filming several Hollywood blockbuster movies. Also, travel to Rissani, the starting point for trading caravans when crossing the desert to Tombouctou.

Day 1: Marrakesh - Boumalne Dades
- Start our Marrakech 3 days desert tour in the early hours of the morning.
- Leave for the Kasbah Ait Benhaddou at 7:30 am. You will make your way through Tizi-n-Tichka Pass and the high Atlas Mountains, and there will be several stops.
- Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site - the Kasbah Ait Benhaddou. You will visit the Kasbah, renowned for filming several Hollywood blockbuster movies.
- Do a leisurely tour of the Kasbah Taourirt and then continue to Ouarzazate. As the day progresses, enjoy your drive through Boulmane Dades before arriving at the destination for the day – the hotel in Dade’s Valley.

Day 2: Boumalne - Merzouga
- Travel on the road of 1001 Kasbahs to the Oasis of Tinghir, then deviate to a lesser road where we will follow the river to Todgha canyons and spend time taking in the breathtaking scenery immense cliffs.
- Continue to Rissani, which has its claims to fame after lunch. Firstly, it was the starting point for trading caravans when crossing the Sahara Desert to Tombouctou, and secondly, it is world-famous for its date markets. Are you ready for a camel ride?
- Continue with our trip to Merzouga by meeting with our camel caravan on Erg Chebbi dunes. Ready for a camel ride?
- Marvel at the colour-changing sand dunes as we ride our camels into the setting sun. What a fantastic experience!
- We will arrive at our Sahara Desert camp and welcome it as it pops up seemingly in the middle of nowhere. At this point, you should be ready for a feast. You will enjoy a Moroccan dinner. Also, you will sit next to a cosy bonfire. You will be in awe of the sand dunes and the surrounding landscapes.
- Then, after dinner, local nomads will treat you to a drum concert. Remember to take lots of photos because, when you return home, you will wonder if your trip to Merzouga was just a dream after all.

Day 3: Merzouga - Marrakesh
Start your camel ride back to the main road to meet with our driver, ready for our return to Ouarzazate. Enjoy a leisurely lunch.
Head towards Marrakech. Your memorable Marrakech 3 days desert tour will end at around 7.00 pm in Marrakesh.
