Taroudant, Tiout Oasis, and Berber Heritage
- 8:30 AM - Departure from Agadir, driving east towards Taroudant, approximately 100 km.
- We will pass through the Souss plain, a region known for its agriculture and Argan forest.
- Along the way, we will stop to visit an orange plantation and see the famous goats climbing the Argan trees.
- Upon reaching Taroudant, often referred to as 'mini Marrakech,' we will explore the Medina (old city), the impressive city ramparts, and vibrant souks. This will provide a glimpse into a different style of life and Morocco's rich culture.
- Next, we will continue to Tiout, a charming Berber village located in the Anti-Atlas mountains.
- There, we will enjoy a visit to a beautiful oasis and an ancient Kasbah (castle). A traditional Moroccan lunch (Tagine and Couscous) will be served, followed by a peaceful donkey ride through the oasis.
- Finally, we will head back to Agadir to conclude the day.
