The tour involves a lot of walking: Be prepared to explore the medina’s narrow streets on foot, so comfortable shoes are a must.

Entry fees to historical sites are not included: Entrance fees for some landmarks range from 20 to 40 dirhams per site. Your guide will inform you at each site, and you can choose whether or not to enter.

Cultural stops at local shops: The tour includes visits to traditional artisan shops. There is no obligation to buy, but these visits are part of the cultural experience.

Dress modestly: The medina is a conservative area, so we recommend wearing clothing that covers shoulders and knees out of respect for local customs.
