Day 02

Full-Day Safari in Ngorongoro Crater

Have breakfast and embark on a full-day excursion to the Ngorongoro Crater.
Experience an enthralling game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater.
Explore the wildlife, including the Big Five: lions, elephants, leopards, buffalo, and rhinos.
Enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool and continue your exploration of the crater floor.

Return to Karatu and have dinner.

Day 03

Journey to Lake Natron and Maasai Encounters

Depart early for Lake Natron and discover the stunningly vibrant waters and the flocks of flamingos that breed there.

Lake Natron is a unique and highly alkaline lake situated in northern Tanzania, near the Kenyan border. It is known for its striking red and pink hues, caused by the presence of salt-loving microorganisms and algae. The lake is a critical breeding ground for the lesser flamingo, attracting thousands of these birds each year. The harsh environment, with high temperatures and alkalinity, makes it a challenging habitat, but it supports specialized life forms adapted to extreme conditions.
Tarangire National Park, located in northern Tanzania, is famed for its large elephant herds and baobab trees.
