Quito to Chota Valley via Ibarra

• Start the trip from Quito to Chota Valley in Imbabura Province to rest and be ready to climb Chiles Mountain.

• Stop in Ibarra for a city tour and have lunch at Yahuarcocha Lake.

Day 02

Chota Valley to Chiles Volcano Trek

• Start the trip in the morning from Chota Valley (Ambuqui) and head to Chiles Volcano on the Ecuadorian-Colombian border, where the trek to climb the volcano begins.

• Return the same night to rest at Saludy Sol Hotel in Chota Valley.
