Day 01

Take your time to prepare for the hike.
The next toilet available is 40 minutes away.

Day 02

09:20 Off We Go

After listening to the tour guide's briefing and warming up, it is time to go.

Day 03

10:00 Eucalyptus Forest

Visit an artificial forest and talk about its history while admiring the beautiful scenery around you.

Day 04

10:20 Niterói Natural Park

Stop for rehydration and a toilet break.
Catch your breath and watch the paragliders in operation.
Learn more about the park's history inside the office headquarters.
Study maps and the park's model for better orientation.

Day 05

10:50 Tamoios Lookout

It is not part of the course, but it is near the original path, so it is worth visiting.
There are some picnic tables around, so feel free to have a bite.

Day 06

11:50 Tapera Lookout

From here, you will see Piratininga Beach, Imbuí Fort and Beach, Sugarloaf, Pedra da Gávea, Christ the Redeemer, and much more.

Day 07

12:00 Cunhambebe Lookout

Take in dazzling views of Niterói and its beaches. From here, you will begin your descent to the last part of the hike.

Day 08

13:00 Tibau Restaurant

Enjoy delicious traditional seafood (not included), definitely the cherry on top of the day.
