Description
We meet in the morning at the entrance of the most beautiful historical market called Capo, and we go and buy our ingredients, just seasonal ones, to prepare our lunch. We walk and buy for about 30 minutes and then go home, 10 minutes of easy walking to arrive at a beautiful and charming house inside the historical noble Palazzo Asmundo of XVII cent, in front of the Cathedral. During the cooking class, we will drink some good Sicilian wines, local cheeses and specialities. We prepare 4 traditional Sicilian dishes: appetiser, pasta, fish or meat and dessert. Everything from the Sicilian cuisine is well made. You participate or look just up to you. You can also take notes from my cookbook before our great lunch and receive your certificate!

Market Tour and Sicilian Cooking Class
- 10:30 a.m.: Meeting at the market Capo, entrance at Porta Carini (via Volturno 78).
- Welcoming and starting the shopping tour.
- 11:15 a.m.: Walking back home, 12 minutes walking.
- Location is in front of the Cathedral, Via Vittorio Emanuele, 492.
- Start cooking and having some local food to taste.
- 01:00 p.m.: Lunchtime.
- End of the experience at 02:30-03:00 p.m.
- The house is very central, and all B&Bs and hotels are nearby.
