The itinerary

Day 01

Journey to Hustai National Park

• Drive southwest of Ulaanbaatar for about 2 hours to reach Hustai National Park.
• Check in at the camp, settle in, and enjoy tea or coffee at the restaurant.
• Optional hiking and horseback riding are available. In the late afternoon, head to the spring where the wild horses usually come down for water.

  • Accommodation: A traditional Ger/Yurta at the camp

Day 02

Explore the Ungut Ancient Graveyard

• Spend the day exploring the area and visiting the Ungut ancient graveyard in the buffer zone of the park. This site is related to the Turkish tribe, one of the most powerful tribes in Mongolia during the VI-VIII century. There are about 550 standing stone statues throughout the area.
  • Meals: B, L and D
  • Accommodation: A traditional Ger/Yurta at the camp

Return to Ulaanbaatar

• Drive back to Ulaanbaatar and transfer to your stay.
