Meet at Bab Bou Jeloud (Blue Gate) and commence your tour at this iconic, easily accessible central meeting point.
Head to Chouara Tannery in the early morning, when the colours are at their most vibrant. Witness the traditional leather-dyeing process and grab a sprig of mint to help combat the odours.
Visit Al-Attarine Madrasa, a beautifully decorated 14th-century Islamic school, and admire its intricate tilework and architecture.
Continue to Bou Inania Madrasa to explore more stunning tilework and intricate carvings.
