  • To reach the meeting point from the hotel zones of Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Playa Mujeres, Punta Sam, or Costa Mujeres, you can take a taxi. The fare for the taxi ride will vary based on your specific location and the pricing table they follow.
  • To travel by public transport from the hotel zone to the city hall, simply take the R1 bus. It conveniently drops you right in front of the city hall. The fare for this bus ride is $15 MXN.
  • Your tour guide will be easily recognizable, standing next to the iconic CANCUN sign at the plaza of the City Hall. Look for someone wearing a black T-shirt with yellow letters. Be sure to arrive at 5:30 p.m. to meet your guide.
