The itinerary

Day 01

Marina da Gloria

We start with pickup at your hotel to take you to the meeting point with our instructors. You board a boat with our local team. Then you are strapped safely into the parasail wing that is going to be towed by the boat. You rise into the air soaring over the water up to 100 feet 250 feet. It is a 15-20 min ride over the Guanabara Bay. Pictures are taken and they are sent by our instructors to you.

Transfer time to location: approx. 30min.
Instructions and gear preparation: approx. 1 hour.
BOARDING INFORMATION: Arrive 15 minutes in advance to avoid any delays. Contact Rio Carioca Tour at least 24 hours before the start of the tour to inform location and confirm pickup time. ID or copy is mandatory, even for children. Voucher is confirmed only by payment confirmation. Read our Cancellation Policy. IMPORTANT: During high season and major events, the visitation time on each location can be affected, due to long waiting queues. Carnival-related products have a specific cancellation policy. Take care of your personal belongings as we are not responsible for items left in vehicles and/ or in places visited. We recommend that you carry all your belongings.
Pickup is available from most hotels in the areas of Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Flamengo and Downtown (Centro). Contact us back to adjust the pickup time. For Barra da Tijuca/ Recreio we provide pick-up for an additional rate.
