Day 01

Visit the vineyard and cellar. Guided wine tasting of 3 glasses of wine: Fiano di Avellino DOCG, Greco di Tufo DOCG and Taurasi DOCG.During the visit at cheese factory you can see the cows and the calves. Then you can see the production of cheese. At the end you taste ricotta cheese, mozzarella and caciocavallo.During the visit you can see the production of prosciutti. Then you taste two different types of salami.
