4-Day Sahara Desert Tour from Fes to Marrakech via Erg Chebbi

• Meet your tour guide at 8:00 a.m. and leave for Midelt through the mountains and the cedar forests of the Middle Atlas.

• Pass by Ifrane, also called the "Little Switzerland" for its European architecture, weather, and cleanliness, and then continue to Azrou, an important handicraft centre specialising in cedar woodwork.

• Arrive at Midelt, and in the afternoon, drive to Erfoud and into the desert.

Dinner and overnight in a hotel near the Erg Chebbi Sahara dunes.

• Have breakfast and head to Khamlia village to enjoy live Gnawa music.

• Continue along an off-road track to tour the sand dunes, then stop for tea with nomads in Berber tents. You will discover a new sense of life there and also enjoy a Berber pizza for lunch.

• Head back to the hotel to relax before starting your camel trip into the middle of the dunes to see the sunset. After arriving at the camp, enjoy mint tea and the beautiful sunset of the Sahara. You will then be shown to your beautiful tents with an en-suite bathroom and shower while dinner is prepared.

• Enjoy a musical performance after dinner around the fire and contemplate the starry night of the Sahara.

• Wake up early to see the spectacular sunrise, when the colour of the dunes and the play of shadows create an incredible sight.

• Arrive at the hotel or riad for breakfast and a shower.

• Continue to Ouarzazate via Rissani and stop in Erfoud, famous for its fossilised marbles, where you will visit a marble fossil production workshop.

• Visit the Todra Gorges, an ideal place for walking and exploring on your own. Have lunch, then drive through the town of Roses, Kelaa Mgouna. Continue along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, passing the Skoura palm grove until you arrive at Ouarzazate, named the "Hollywood of Morocco."

• Return to the hotel or riad.

• Enjoy a traditional breakfast and go out to explore Ouarzazate, a city with unique landscapes that has attracted many producers and is home to the biggest film studios in Morocco.

• Visit the famous Kasbah of Taourirt. Afterwards, experience the beauty of the Atlas Mountains via the road of Tizi-n-Tichka, the highest road in Morocco at an altitude of 2260 m, offering charming views as far as the eye can see.

• Arrive in the red city of "Marrakech".
