Amman to Petra and the Ancient Nabatean City

Pick up from your hotel lobby in Amman and transfer via the Desert Highway for 2.5 hours to the astonishing rock city of Petra. This fascinating ancient Nabatean capital once dominated the Arabian trade routes and is a must-see in the Middle East.
Reach Petra through a narrow canyon and catch your first view of the well-known 40-metre-high Treasury.
Meet your Petra guide at the Visitor's Centre and begin exploring this mystic site.
Pass through the Siq, a narrow gorge, and enjoy your first close view of the colorful sandstone, ending at the beautiful Treasury.
Walk along the Street of Facades to the Royal Tombs, the Theatre, and Qasr Al Bint.
Return to the entrance gate.
In the afternoon, transfer back to your hotel in Amman.
