The itinerary

Day 01

Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive and Ngorongoro Wild Camp

Pick up from Moshi or Arusha and drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for game drives. This is one of the best places in Tanzania to see black rhinos and prides of lions, including the magnificent black-maned males. There are also lots of colourful flamingoes and a variety of water birds. Other game you may see includes leopard, cheetah, hyena, other members of the antelope family, and small mammals. In the late afternoon, drive to Ngorongoro Wild Camp or similar to enjoy your evening.

Day 02

Drive to Serengeti and Game Viewing En Route

Head out after breakfast for a drive to Serengeti National Park. The word "Serengeti" is derived from the Maasai language, meaning "endless plain." En route to the Serengeti, you can choose to visit a Maasai village, a perfect place to explore Maasai culture and even participate in some cultural activities. Later, enjoy a game drive en route to your camp. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Wildebeest Camp or similar.

Day 03

Full-Day Serengeti Wildlife Safari

After breakfast, venture into the Serengeti's wilderness corners for a full day of game viewing in the park. With a picnic lunch beside you, enjoy this World Heritage Site, where the earth's largest concentration of plains game still roams free. In the late evening, go to Serengeti Wildebeest Camp or similar for rest, dinner, and overnight.

Day 04

Half-Day Serengeti Game Drive and Return

After breakfast, proceed for a half-day game drive in the Serengeti, and in the afternoon, drive back to Arusha or Moshi.
