Day 01

Cagliari Food, Wine and Stampace Walk

• We will meet in front of the cruise port.
• After our meeting, we will begin at the local restaurant Su Cumbidu for the first tasting. Here, you can choose to enjoy platters of cheese and a glass of wine, or Sardinian pasta such as "culurgionis" or "maloreddus".
• After the tasting at Su Cumbidu, we will walk through the historic quarter of Stampace to reach the second local restaurant, Sa Domu Sarda. Along the way, we can see some very interesting points within the quarter itself.
• We will end our tour inside the second local restaurant, Sa Domu Sarda, where you will taste more wines, especially red wines, and enjoy other foods, especially sausages and meat.

• Bring at least 90€ in order to avoid being without money in case, after the tasting in the two restaurants, you want to buy souvenirs or other items.

• If you are wondering about the food, there are the "Culurgiones", Sardinian ravioli made with potatoes, mint, a little pecorino cheese, and black pepper, or the "Maloreddus", Sardinian pasta with tomato sauce and sausages. Among the meat dishes, there are many ways of roasting, grilling, and cooking cattle, pigs, and sheep.
