Day 01

Sea of Galilee, Church of the Beatitudes and Magdala

Meet your tour representative to begin the itinerary.
Start by witnessing the panoramic views of the Sea of Galilee.
Then, visit the Church of the Beatitudes, where Jesus gave the sermon on the mountain.
Afterwards, drive back along the ancient Via Maris (the Way of the Sea) and see the Magdala archaeology site, where Mary Magdalene lived. Inside the site, there is an ancient synagogue.
Later, head to the new church, Duc in Altum ("Go to Deep").
