The itinerary

1

Day 01

Fes to Merzouga via Ifrane, Azrou, Midelt and Ziz Valley

• Our private Morocco tour starts with a drive from Fes to Ifrane, a beautiful mountain village often called the Switzerland of Morocco.
• We will stop near a cedar forest in the Middle Atlas Mountains, where you can watch monkeys enjoying their freedom.
• We will continue our trip to Azrou, a Berber village in the largest cedar forest in Morocco.
• Then, we will visit the city of Midelt, famous for its minerals and cool weather in the summertime.
• We will travel along Ziz Valley, then visit Erfoud and its fossil products.
• In Rissani, we can visit the local souk and have Berber pizza.
• Later, we will arrive in the Merzouga desert and stay the night in a desert hotel just in front of the dunes.

Day 02

Sahara Exploration, Khamlia Visit and Desert Camp

• The second day of our private Morocco tour will be dedicated to exploring the Sahara Desert by 4x4 vehicle.
• After breakfast, we will tour around the dunes and visit some oases in the desert, as well as Khamlia village, which is famous for its music - Gnaoua music.
• Later, on our private Morocco tour, we will visit Berber nomads in the desert and spend a short time with them.
• Then, we will ride camels into the desert and spend the night in a desert camp in tents.
• We will have dinner and enjoy Berber music around the campfire. This will be an amazing experience on your private Morocco tour.

Day 03

Sunrise in Erg Chebbi and Return to Fes

• In the morning, we will enjoy the sunrise in the Sahara Desert from the high dunes.
• Then, we will ride our camels back to our hotel for breakfast and a shower.
• We will continue towards Rissani, Erfoud, Errachidia and Midelt, where we will stop for lunch.
• Later, we will head towards Ifrane, and our private Morocco tour will finish in Fes.
• We will drop you off at your hotel or airport.
