Day 01

Ostuni and Alberobello with Olive Oil Tasting

Connect with your tour guide at the meeting point to start the program. Depending on your accommodation, you may begin in Ostuni or Alberobello.
The visit to Ostuni starts in Piazza della Libertà. Afterwards, you will catch sight of the ancient walls, the Santiago de Compostella Church, and the Cathedral.
You will have some free time for shopping in the hundreds of souvenir shops or to enjoy an aperitivo in the main square.
After a short drive, you will reach the olive oil farm, if available on the day of the tour, where you will tour the factory with the owner or an expert who will explain the olive oil production process. After the visit, you will enjoy an olive oil tasting.
Later, you will drive to Alberobello (50 minutes), and according to the arrival time, you may decide to have lunch first or start the tour of the old districts dotted with Trulli houses, a UNESCO Site.
