Maruaga Park, Jungle Trekking, and Sanctuary Waterfall
- Connect with your tour guide, who will pick you up from your hotel at 8 am to start the adventure tour.
- Drive north for about one and a half hours to reach the municipality of Presidente Figueiredo.
- Arrive at Maruaga Park for two hours of jungle trekking.
- During the hike, visit one of the biggest sandstone caves in Brazil, called Maruaga Refuge, and stop for a relaxing swim in a grotto that has served as the setting for some movies. Enjoy these beautiful landscapes and learn about the exuberant fauna and flora.
- Next, head to a nice restaurant by the Urubuí Rapids for lunch, featuring delicious fish and other delicacies from the region.
- In the afternoon, spend a refreshing time at Sanctuary Waterfall, one of the most beautiful in the region, with black waters that look like tea.
- Lastly, arrive back in Manaus around 5 pm.
