Day 01

Capri SUP Tour to Caves, Hidden Beaches and the Faraglioni

Meet your tour guide on the beach of Marina Piccola in Capri, in front of the "Scoglio delle Sirene", for an introductory technical lesson on Stand Up Paddleboarding.
After the briefing, start paddling from Marina Piccola and admire the Scoglio delle Sirene from the sea. In ancient times, this was said to be the place of the terrible Sirens described by Homer in the Odyssey - monstrous creatures with the head of a woman and the body of a bird, who enchanted sailors with their song before they were shipwrecked on the rocks.
Then head to Cala Ventroso, a small hidden beach on the south side of the island of Capri.
Cross the mountain from one side to the other to see the Green Cave, famous worldwide for the colour of the water inside and for the legends that have crowned it the queen of the island for years.
Visit the Sailor's Cave, which has offered natural refuge to boats during storms, and discover what is hidden inside the cave.
Afterwards, take fantastic photos with the iconic Faraglioni of Capri in the background.
Return to Marina Piccola to conclude the tour.
