Day 01

Antisana National Park and Volcano Discovery

Meet your tour guide and head to Antisana National Park, a place where we will see nature at its best. Following the path inside the park, we will arrive at the flat area to observe birds such as the Cara Cara Curiquingue. I cannot assure that we will see condors, but this is the habitat of these giant vultures.
See Antisana Volcano in the eastern part of the Andes mountain range. It is the fourth-highest volcano in Ecuador. We will observe it from the base, since special equipment and permits are needed, and hopefully the weather will be favourable for seeing the volcano.
