Itinerary

1. Day 1: Marrakech - Imlil – Tizi n’Tamatert – Imenane Valley – Tacheddirt or Tinerhourhine villages

   • You will be picked up by your tour guide from Marrakech and drive to the village of Imlil.
   • Meet your trekking crew and start your trek towards Tinerhourhine in the Imenane Valley via Tizi n’Tamatert at 2279m passing by the village of Tamatert.
   • Have lunch at the top of the pass, which offers a fantastic panoramic view over the High Atlas peaks. 
   • After lunch, continue to Ouanesekra-Tamguist. Later, arrive at Tinerhourhine (1600m), where you will spend the night in a local gite or homestay. 

   Walking time: 4 hours

2. Day 2: Imenane Valley – Aguersioual pass and Oudite pass – Valley of Azzadene

   • Leave the village of Tinerhourhine then walk along the Imenane Valley. Taking the left side of it, trek to reach the traditional Berber village of Ikkis (1700m). 
   • Continue to Tizi n’Aguersioual Mountain pass (2000m). Then, have lunch served near the village of Matate (2000m). 
   • After a 2-hour walk, arrive at the village of Aït Aïssa (1800m) or you can stay overnight in the village of Tizi Oussem, where you can use the village hammam (traditional steam bath).

   Walking time: 6-7 hours

3. Day 3: Azzadene Valley - Tizi Mzik - Imlil - Marrakech

   • Start your walk from Aït Aïssa towards Tizi Oussem village (1900m). 
   • From there, you will reach Tizi Mzik mountain pass (2400m) and descend to the village of Mzik, where you will have lunch near the village before arriving back in Imlil. 
   • Then, transfer back to Marrakech.
